Full Time Trip Scheduler

Location: Chicagoland Area (IL)

Responsibilities include the preparation of quotes both domestic and international. Schedulers coordinate the aircraft and flight crew schedules in the most efficient manner to meet the customer/owner needs. Also the planning but not limited to arrangement of catering, ground transportation, crew accommodations, fuel and customs.

Ability to work under pressure. Private Corporate Aviation experience preferred but willing to train individual with heavy customer service background. Benefits package includes family health & dental, paid vacation, 401k, paid holidays and company paid short/long term and life insurance.
