Priester Aviation is currently searching for a full-time VP of Flight Operations. The ideal candidate is one who is engaging, cooperative and a dynamic team member, that aims to support the needs of the Flight Operations Department. This individual will need to possess a strong focus on safety combined with a can-do approach which is essential for success. Duties include but not limited to oversight of all flight department operations of the company. This individual will be involved in designing infrastructure that supports the safe execution of flight operations consistent with Priester Aviation’s values and economic goals by supporting management and supervisory staff to develop operational solutions, and act as point of contact with pilots on operational control issues. Key responsibilities include performing and delivering various flight operations functions and programs including but not limited to aircraft performance, record keeping, FAA relations, operational control and talent acquisition. This employee will have the responsibility to be an active promoter and participant in Priester’s Safety, Security and Quality programs.
