Priester Aviation Unites Its Companies Under One Name and One Standard of Service

WHEELING, IL (AUG.  27, 2026) – For 80 years, the company founded by George J. Priester has guided clients through every stage of private aviation, from a client’s first charter flight to whole aircraft management. George J. Priester Aviation, the original name from 1945, has served as the parent company behind that legacy. Priester Aviation, Mayo Aviation, Hill Private Aviation, and Omni Private Aviation have all been operating under its umbrella.

Today, that legacy enters a new chapter: the George J. Priester Aviation name is retiring, and its brands are uniting under one name and one standard of service across the company’s bases in Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, and Tulsa — Priester Aviation, the brand name that has been most widely recognized since its inception. Elite Jets and MaxAir, the newest additions to the Priester family, are maintaining their brand names while aligning by adding Priester as a co-brand.
